“The Investment Readiness Process [IRP] was created by Beels Consulting AB in 2018 to help founders to prepare for a possible venture capital raising in a holistic and structured manner. Over 200 startups and scaleups have become IRP Certified since then.

This yearly report aims to showcase the types of companies that have undergone the process and its outcome.

The vision with the IRP is to help founders and investor s to efficiently reach an understanding on how the company will contribute to both parties' goals and expectations. This is done by providing the founders with knowledge and a software supported standardized protocol, for how to express goals, plans, risks and returns with greater knowledge and accuracy.”
